1. Building talent pools in advance of all requirements of company operations & business strategy.
2. Has overall responsibility for recruiting and selecting personnel to ensure adequate staffing at all levels.
3. Responsible for meeting all staffing requirements as directed by the company's short- and long-term plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop candidate source by building talent communities with such techniques as direct sourcing, users groups, networking, university career ambassadors and social media.
2. Participate in creating resourcing central database for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies.
3. Coordinate with external suppliers for effectively providing with posting services, ads, searching account, community account, prepare reports on supplier performance.
4. Establish solid relationship with hiring managers, operate as talent advisor/ consultant in all aspects of recruitment by focusing on hiring expectations, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment…
5. Contribute to formulate employee and employer branding strategy / actions plan.
6. Preparing job descriptions and person specifications; designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes
7. Developing and maintaining an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor markets.
8. Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization - for example, brochures and further particulars;
9. Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
10. Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants; devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities; 1
1. Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
12. Training staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection centre;
13. Developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization;
14. Assisting in the implementation of redundancy programmers, which may include the development of early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes.
15. Performing other related jobs as assigned by the Managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education University degree, preferable in Human Resources Management, or Law, or Business Administration faculty.
2. Experience at least 6 years HR experience, of which, 4 years experience focus on Recruitment function in manufacturing enterprises and at least 3 years in management level.
