Manage and coordinate all automations projects. Design for improvement and development internal automation projects. Coordinating with local and international vendors and working with our internal team to supply all of our facilities with the necessary machines needed to run our production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates machines with all vendors:
- Coordinating with relevant department to design and develop the automation project with continuous improvement activity.
- Working with internal team, external vendors to build machine specification and scope of supply.
- alyzing to create the calculations sheet of cost savings.
- Working with relevant departments with all paperwork needed to make purchase request.
- Manages the timelines for all the machines from purchase to installation, training and handover.
- Coordinating to ensure all department timelines are matching the machine timeline.
- Following up project management daily to ensure they are on schedule.
- Updating all management of changes being made to the schedules.
- Coordinate machine run-offs with travel department and vendors
2. Maintains continuous personal development and business acumen:
- Keeps up-to-date on reading material in new machines fields
- Shares new knowledge with members of organization.
- Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies.

The job holder is primarily responsible for own work and the associated results. The Automations Facilitator will also manage the progress of all machine related projects in coordination with all relevant department.
1. Education
- BS in either Mechatronic Field, or Engineering required
