ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interpreting & Translation:
- Provide accurate and timely interpretation (verbal and written) between the EHS Manager and stakeholders.
- Translate EHS documents, training materials, and communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and appointments for the EHS Manager.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain EHS files and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of EHS meetings, training sessions, and events.
- EHS Program Support:
- Assist with data entry and analysis for EHS metrics and reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of EHS initiatives and programs.
- Assist with safety audits and inspections, as needed.
- Other:
- Provide general administrative support to the EHS team, as required.
All matters pertaining to EHS at all Millennium facilities and operations
- Education
- Experience
- Skills and Abilities
- Good English proficiency
- Good PC Software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company
- Ability to work with a variable schedule (ie. Night shift, weekends, etc.)
- Is passionate about Health and Safety, with a desire to learn
- Computer
