ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-           Work directly with US AFI team to receive the orders via the AFI system

-           Update the quantity and ETD in AFI system

-           Work with IE on container map, confirm ETD with P&IC

-           Send the booking request to logistic

-           Send the containers pick up to logistic

-           Daily communicate with AFI on orders and shipment

-           Work closely with warehouse for inventory control

-           Work closely with related department to ensure OTD

-           Other jobs will be assigned by Customer service Supervisor

 

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

Be responsible for maintaining and developing customer

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

1. Education

• Required – University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics

 

1. Experience

• Over 1 year experience in customer service experience with international customers
• Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.

1. Knowledge of:

• Customer Management
• Knowledgeable about furniture product

1. Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem solving skill
• Familiar with maintaining customer database
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
