JOB SUMMARY |
Do GL transactions booking, payment and prepare financial reports
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
GL Accountant: Entering account transactions, control all account information, follow up all kinds of expense
Payment: check documents and process payment, follow cash balance and transaction.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY |
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Maintaining historical records on account software
AP control, paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
Coordinating with the banks for collecting docs and bank transaction reconciles, checkup balance and statement of bank deposit accounts
Follow up FWD expense
Prepare and complete the following weekly, monthly reports
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Director/Chief Accountant from time to time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
Graduate university major in Accounting.
At least 3 years experience in accounting
Can communicate in English
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
