Lead improvement projects related to process and continuous improvement in the areas of quality, operations, efficiency, and cost using Lean methodologies and tools.
Play a lead role in process improvement projects by facilitating groups and teams, managing projects, monitoring for sustainability, presenting results.
This position requires strong mindset, continuous improvement orientation and willingness to learn. The Lean knowledge will be able to be trained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate continuous improvement activities with Production head:
- Assist Production head in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work with Production head to identify Lean champion within department
- Assist Production head in sustaining 6S/ Lean culture
- Facilitate and manage Lean activities, ensure on-time completion and report results
- Creates feedback systems with department members to report results and to create new continuous improvement projects
- Proactively find areas that will have constraints currently or could have constraints in the future
- Develop visual management tool/ board for production
- Play a key role in the development of the Lean culture in the company:
- Work with training department to develop and deliver Lean training to all levels of the company
- Work with training department to develop system measurements to track participant’s reaction and learning, in order to better manage the educational system
- Support IDEA NETWORK program to evaluate ideas and encourage all the people contribute ideas
- Lead the Lean events and problem solving teams throughout the Production
- Maintain continuous personal development:
- Share new knowledge with the Team
- Keeps up-to-date on reading material in the CI area
- Develop and maintain daily/ weekly Report for all activities and projects that Facilitator is a part of
- Control and audit processes to ensure that they are maintained after projects completion
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested
Direct the activities of Continuous Improvement work while fully utilizing the support of all other departments to meet department objectives.

- Basic concept of Lean
- Experience
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
