Design and maintain training system and responsible for all training related works for Casegoods production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for developing and organizing in-depth technical training for Casegood production
2. Executes technical training for Middle Management and Office staff
3. Collaborates with Product Development, Operations, and Product Management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product,
4. Tailors training content based on trainee’s specific needs,
5. Delivers Training Programs / Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a operation-driven schedule,
6. Incorporates motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and retention,
7. Executes Train-the-trainer programs to build an effective and qualified trainer team at the assigned areas,
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
Engineering background typically requires BS/BA or equivalent
2. Experience & qualifications
Minimal 2 years in production management & Industrial engineer
Prior experience with building and delivering technical training programs for furniture industry is a plus
Previous experience of working in manufacturing industry.
History of reliable work performance and attendance is required.
Proficiency in keyboarding and application of Microsoft Office Suite is required
3. Skills and Abilities
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication, coordination and planning skills
• Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
