ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Refine injection molding processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs while maintaining high product quality.
- Oversee the performance of injection molding machinery, program robots, and ensure the functionality of equipment.
- Ensure that produced plastic components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve issues related to molding processes and equipment.
- Coordinate the integration of new products into the production line and develop the necessary manufacturing processes.
- Collect, analyze, and document production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements of molds and machines.
- Management existing tools and study and suggest effective alternative tools for molds.
- Create detailed technical documentation, specifications, and reports to share designs, processes, and test results with the team.
Direct the activities of the department and fully utilize the support of all departments to meet company objectives. Responsible for plastic and meeting production goals at the quality outlined.
- Education
- College or University Degree.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of:
- Deep understanding of plastic injection molding principles, equipment, and production processes.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and structured problem‑solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro/E or similar).
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, process controls, and quality assurance practices.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage production data to support decision‑making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering.
