JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with all employees to encourage them to contribute their ideas to the program. Manage all projects that are submitted and distributed to all departments for review/implementation. Promote the culture of Continuous Improvement in the whole company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collect all ideas from each facility on a regular basis

2. Evaluate each idea to confirm it meets IDEA Network Go/No Go Standards

3. Respond to each employee to thank them for contributing their ideas

4. Enter all information into database for tracking

5. Identify and Delegate idea to relevant dept.

6. Support all promotions

7. Have continuous communications with departments to ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner

8. Update the status of the Ideas that are being evaluated.

9. Gather the necessary databases to estimate any potential cost savings.

10. Communicate with Idea contributor to inform them on status of their idea

11. Orientation training for new employees.

12. Translate and interpret when required

13. Other duties as assigned by IDEA Network Team Leader

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Direct the activities of all the IDEA’s submitted by all employees while supporting all departments in completing the IDEA on-time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

· College Diploma or above.

2. Experience

· 1 year marketing experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

3. Skills and abilities

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to communicate with all organizational levels

· Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (One week of night shifts each month)

· Ability of working under pressure

· Ability to solve problems
