Open PositionJOB SUMMARY
To provide service and training on EHS matters that support the department objectives, and overall Millennium business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains regulatory compliance with governmental regulations related to the environment, health and safety.
2. Conforms to the standards set by applicable regulations.
3. Conforms to Millennium standards and policy.
4. Prepares reports for submission to EHS manager or any other related stakeholder, related to environment/ health/ safety training and development.
5. Prepares training needs analysis for environment/ health/ safety for all sections of Millennium.
6. Strictly adheres to training schedule, as outlined at the start of every business year.
7. Strives to keep improving the existing training material to keep it relevant.
8. Shares responsibility in carrying out the Operator Training Certification program.
9. Shares responsibility for routine site EHS activities.
10. Work on shift (day or night), if required.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist with all the EHS activities at Millennium facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
▪ Required ⎯ Diploma or Degree from any recognized university
2. Experience
▪ Preferably 2 years in training field
3. Knowledge of:
▪ Windows-based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
4. Skills and Abilities
▪ Passionate about EHS
▪ Good English proficiency
▪ Able to prioritize work
▪ Sense of urgency
▪ Good presentation skills
▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
▪ Ability to communicate effectively with operators and other Operations staff

MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Mental Effort:
▪ Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities
▪ Must be able to communicate effectively orally
2. Physical Requirements:
▪ Sitting for periods of time
▪ Standing and walking frequently to different locations throughout the facility
▪ Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
3. Working Conditions:
• Wear PPE when required
• Constant interaction with employees, supervisors, and management.
