- Connect equipment, control cabinets, main cabinets and peripheral devices.
- Design electrical circuit drawings, control circuits utilizing Autocad, Eplan, and other available CAD software platforms…
- PLC programming based on requirement of operations and management
- Read, understand, and modify PLC programing as directed by management.
- Setup Invertor and Servo parameters according to application requirements.
- Support related departments to come up with control solutions as required.
- SCADA system maintenance, modification, and system error monitoring.
- Report weekly work progress to management.
- Write and develop standard operating procedures for machinery and equipment.
- Learn the production process developing ideas to improve equipment and optimize the process.
- Establish and connect multiple forms of industrial network protocols to include RS232/485, CANBUS, EthernetIP, ProfiNet, Profibus, EtherCAT….
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Đấu nối thiết bị, tủ điều khiển, tủ động lực và kết nối các thiết bị ngoại vi.
- Thiết kế bản vẽ mạch điện, mạch điều khiển bằng Autocad, Eplan….hoặc các phần mềm tương tự CAD
- Lập trình PLC theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
- Đọc hiểu chương trình, chuẩn đoán lỗi.
- Cài đặt Biến tần, Servo theo yêu cầu ứng dụng.
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận liên quan đưa ra giải pháp điều khiển theo yêu cầu.
- Bảo trì hệ thống SCADA, giám sát lỗi hệ thống.
- Báo cáo tiến độ công việc hàng tuần đến cấp quản lý.
- Viết quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn cho máy móc thiết bị.
- Tìm hiểu quy trình sản xuất, lên ý tưởng để cải tiến máy móc nhằm tối ưu quy trình.
- Kết nối và thiết lập mạng truyền thông công nghiệp gồm RS232/485, CANBUS, EthernetIP, ProfiNet, Profibus, EtherCAT….

BACKGROUND & SKILL REQUIREMENT
|
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Automation, Mechatronics, Electro-Electronics, Industrial Electricity.
- Skills in designing electrical circuits using Autocad, Eplan, or other CAD software platforms.
- Have Upper-Intermediate Level of PLC programming: Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens….
- Knowledge about Industrial Network Protocols
- Know how to connect hardware to a PLC, Inverter.
- Knowledge in HMI and program software upload/download protocols.
- Proficient in using CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Teamwork skills
- Basic communication English and good English reading and understanding of technical documents. (Not a requirement)
- Experience in manufacturing process is an advantage.
YÊU CẦU KỸ NĂNG CHUYÊN MÔN
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Tự động Hóa, Cơ Điện Tử, Điện Điện Tử, Điện Công Nghiệp.
- Kỹ năng thiết kế mạch điện bằng Autocad hoặc Eplan.
- Trình độ cấp trung (upper-intermediate) về lập trình PLC: Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens…
- Kiến thức về mạng truyền thông công nghiệp
- Biết đấu nối phần cứng PLC, Biến Tần.
- Sử dụng thành thạo CAD, Excel, Work PowerPoint.
- Kỹ năng làm việc đội nhóm
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản và tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật khá.
- Có kinh nghiệm về quy trình sản xuất là một lợi thế.
