JOB SUMMARY:
Working on setting up new processes, creating and maintain standards. Manage 4M factors: Man- Machine – Material – Method on each and every processes to be done.
Create and manage standard time and working on improving those to maximize the outputs.
Continuous improvement by bring up new ideas to simplifying the processes by various engineering approach: eliminate waste motions, adding tool-jigs and automated equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage rate standard, assure that plant uses the correct, accuracy standard.
- Improves productivity, efficiency of plant.
- Manages cost saving project.
- Project management skills in new production set up.
- Knowledge on ergonomics, Lean, quality, line balancing.
- Knowledge on PDCA problem solving tools.
- Collect data on machine capacity versus the demand and giving out suggestion on machineries purchase, upgrading to meet up ramplan.
- Collect Data, analyze problems, make recommendations and deliver desired results. Establish SOP’s and flow charts for procedural improvements. Work hands on to implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s objectives.
- Facilitate Department Head to raise the skills sets of employees. Support Production Department to optimize thru-put and sustain improvement activities.
- Develop Visual controls, communicate goals and best practice. Maintain lean metrics.
- Will be the driving force for implementing and improving the safety standards within the company.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Department Head and the Director of Operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduated, Industrial management background is preferred, garment industry experience is preferred.
- Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software
- Kaizen, Cell manufacturing, CQI, 6S, Pull manufacturing, One Piece Flow, Flexible processes, experience in managing multiple kaizen projects
