JOB SUMMARY
To lead the technical training team in the design and delivery of technical development activities across the Group. Supervise and develop Training team and train the subordinates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing and organizing in-depth technical training for relavant production unit (CnS/Bedding/CGs/UPH)
- Collaborates with Production and Engineering depts to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product,
- Tailors training content based on trainee’s specific needs,
- Delivers Training Programs based on training plan requirements and according to a operation-driven schedule for Operators & FLLs in assigned area
- Incorporates motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and retention,
- Executes Train-the-trainer programs to build an effective and qualified trainer team at the assigned areas,
- Ensures new training methodologies incorporated into training approach
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Education
- Engineering background or equivalent
2.Experience & qualifications
- Minimal 2 years in production management & Industrial engineer
- Prior experience with building and delivering technical training programs for furniture industry is a plus
- Previous experience of working in manufacturing industry.
- History of reliable work performance and attendance is required.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and application of Microsoft Office Suite is required
