JOB SUMMARY

Random inspect semi-manufactured goods (Kits / Mattress / Casegoods / Plastics) and finished goods within facilities to assure the quality is acceptable for shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strictly inspection and monitoring on quality management against SOP within different facilities periodically in millennium.

2. Random check the finished goods after QP and analysis the defects.

3. Make daily quality audit report and work with relative departments to find a way to solve this issue in order to raise the awareness in each field and to be used in training employees on how to prevent /catch repetitive.

4. Other relation work assigned by the management team.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Working in TAT Dept and randomly inspect semi-manufactured goods and finished goods to improve quality

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education:

• General High School courses or College

• Read, Write, and Comprehend basic communications.

2. Experience:

• 6 months+ experience in quality inspection.

EQUIPMENT USED

• Tape Measure

• Tools provided by management to check quality.

• Drawing

• Ability to meet deadlines

2. Physical Requirement:

• Lift, pull, or push a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally

• Stand and walk continuously

• Use hands to finger, handle, or touch frequently

• Reach above shoulders rarely

• Stoop rarely

• Talk or hear occasionally

• Smell occasionally

• Identify and distinguish color shades continuously

3. Working conditions:

• Factory/Warehouse conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements
