Inspect and maintain the Quality compliance of all raw material at an appropriate level that would bring a consistent good quality product (Components/C&S/Bedding/RTA CG/UPH)
Lead the team of IQC/EQC to inspect/audit the raw material Quality and working with related Departments to provide CAR for completely solving the issue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Manage the EQC/IQC on attendance time, work discipline and daily working
- Track the incoming material plan and arrange the material inspection schedule through proper assignment of appropriate EQC/IQC inspector
- Make sure all SOP and tools for EQC/IQC inspection in a properly condition
- Work & control Quality Alerts / QIE / Project Log for quality control and improvement
- Work with production for quality issue and improvement
- Responsible with the warehouse for making sure that all materials are properly inspected and tested before they enter production.
- Review all inspection reports and decide on release/rejected status for rejected materials
- Work with Vendor to improve the material quality if need
- Responsible for making sure that new method and requirement are implemented and understood properly within the Team
- Responsible for updating the knowledge of Team members through internal or external training
- Prepare and submit all materials requested by RMQC Manager for checking and evaluation.
- Other relation work assigned by the Manager
Work in IQC Department and responsible for inspecting/auditing the raw material (IQC/EQC) to ensure that all materials are properly inspected before using for production
- Educ Education
- Required – College or above
- Able to Read, Write and listen business English.
- Experience
More than 5 years’ experience in Raw Material quality control, Engineering or Lean Production in furniture or garment industry.
