JOB SUMMARY

Take care all Casegoods Mockup samples, test run & pilot run with production, Training, and QC teams. The technician will assist with all new sample projects for the Engineering team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for preparing and cooperating with related Department to facilitate and build CG mockup samples as required from superiors.

2. Responsible for material testing and following up to get good results on time in full.

3. Support the technical for Production when have Pilot run.

4. Collect and record all information → Send to BOM Operator to update BOM after Pilot Run

5. Support for packing engineering

6. Support for Product engineering and send samples to outside vendors for testing, qualification

7. Join to team to support BOM creating when needed

8. Develops documentation related process improvements including standardized work, SOP.

9. Conducts audits and follow-ups small projects in production and areas that have new changes to provide feedback and help sustain improvements.

10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

This position will be responsible for mockup samples and for CG Production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

▪ From trade school or higher (Technical college)

2. Experience

▪ More than 2 years of experience at Casegoods sample building

3. Knowledge of:

▪ Casegood, indoor furniture

4. Skills and Abilities

▪ English grade A is advantage

▪ Good at number & costing 

▪ Analysis ability

▪ Very proactive and energetic.

▪ Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, and transparent.

▪ Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, and performs well under pressure

▪ Works well in a team-based environment.

▪ Lean knowledge is a plus
